What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email, photo, bio and favorite teams
• Your personal board and every bet on it
• Your bets on shared boards (other members keep the board and their own bets)
• Your friends, blocks, notifications, line alerts and trophies
• Your Forum posts and replies
• If you signed in with Apple, The Sunday Board is also removed from your Apple ID's Sign in with Apple list

If you started a shared board that others still use, it passes to the member who has been on it longest. Error logs and usage counts we keep for running the service lose any link to you. Deletion happens right away; error logs are cleared after 7 days, and copies in our database backups, kept only for disaster recovery, roll off within 30 days. Deletion can’t be undone. You can sign up again later, as a brand-new account.

Delete it now

You need to be signed in. Sign in to The Sunday Board, then come back to this page. In the iPhone or Android app, open the account menu, choose Settings, then “Delete my account” at the bottom.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@thesundayboard.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm by email once it’s done.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

You don’t have to close your account to remove things. In The Sunday Board app or site:

• A pick: tap it on the board, then Delete (choose “Delete everywhere” for a pick on more than one board).
• Your photo, bio or favorite teams: Profile → Edit profile → Remove photo, or clear the fields and save.
• A shared season or bet link: open it and tap Stop sharing.
• Notifications and emails: Settings → switch off any you don’t want.
• Anything else (for example all your picks for a season, or your friends list): email support@thesundayboard.com from the email address on your account and say what to delete. We do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What you delete is removed from the site right away. Copies in our database backups, kept only for disaster recovery, roll off within 30 days; error logs are cleared after 7 days. Everything you don’t delete stays with your account until you change it or delete the account.
