These terms cover your use of The Sunday Board, which is built and operated by Volocent Labs LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Volocent Labs", "we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them.
What this app is
The Sunday Board is an informal tracker for friendly sports picks among people who know each other — a digital replacement for a whiteboard. It is not a sportsbook: no bets are placed through the app, the app doesn't set or sell odds (any odds shown are prices posted by sportsbooks, for reference only), and no real money is collected, held, or paid out by the platform. Any wagers tracked here are informal arrangements between the people using the app, entirely outside of it — The Sunday Board is not a party to them and is not responsible for settling them. Grades, probabilities and price comparisons shown in the app are information about posted prices, not betting advice or predictions.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to use The Sunday Board. If you log bets you placed with a sportsbook, you are responsible for being of legal betting age where you live. Accounts are created by signing in with Google, on the website and in the app. We may suspend or remove access to any account at our discretion.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the account menu (“Delete my account”) or at thesundayboard.com/delete-account. Deletion removes your profile and your bets, including the ones you posted to shared boards, and can’t be undone.
Your content
You're responsible for the accuracy of anything you enter — bets, names, notes, or feedback — including anything filled in for you from a screenshot, which you should check before saving. Results are graded automatically from live game data and can occasionally be wrong. Don't enter false, harassing, or abusive content. Admins may remove content or disable accounts that violate this.
Forum posts
Forum posts and replies are visible to every signed-in member of The Sunday Board, shown with your name and photo, and must not contain hate speech, harassment, spam or illegal content. Anyone can report a post or reply, and you can block a person so you no longer see each other's posts. Reports are reviewed by our team; we may remove posts and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can delete your own posts at any time, and they are deleted with your account.
No warranty
The Sunday Board is a small product run by Volocent Labs LLC and is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost — though we take reasonable care with backups and stability. Don't rely on this app as your only record of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Volocent Labs LLC and The Sunday Board aren't liable for any damages, losses, or disputes — including disputes over informal wagers between users — arising from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms, and the app itself, may change over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
